Total = 11997 | Hahaha, I think that even a level 21 player with full enchants might have some problems with a level 30 Black Dragon Monster ... can you calculate what its attack, def, HP and ini are? I think you might be surprised!

P.S. Most monsters are just not worth tackling after level 9 on economic grounds. We get 0.5 fsp, 75 gold and 1 MG point with a 20% chance of an element. That needs to chnage radically for players to start using a lot of arts and or enchants to take on stupidly difficult monsters at higher levels.
JJ | There are several ways the Admins could use to get out of this hole they seem to have dug for themselves, here are a few I've thought of already, and I'm sure there are more.
1. They could change the way way monsters increase with level. Swiftgirl listed the way each monster level increases the stats as it advances 3 levels. Some simple changes to that could make higher level monsters much more manageable.
2. They could allow another player to assist like we already have for Hunts and Thieves guild. This would make Monster quests much more interesting as two players and their combined armies are much more powerful than 1 player and his 7 stacks. One player might be a buffer and the other a debuffer and could lead to some exciting and interesting battles that foster teamwork and planning.

After playing Chargers Monster {0}, will I get chargers monster {3}.
Or will i get chargers monster {1} with difficulty of level 3.

this might be the main reason why admin decided to go with such a hardcore change.
They want people spend more money into artefacts in order to level up guilds, so they'll be forced to donate. Any bs change like this one, is totally focused on earn more money for themselfs. | This is a great update :)

Increase the fsp reward for hunting is a small way to decrease camping.
Workholic penalty is a big way for decreasing camping.
Actually this event does benefit campers, since they'll have more money to cover extra artefacts, or they'll probably pass most MG until something better comes up.
So by all means, it does incentive camping or donating.
Besides, why do you think you've any right to tell how someone suppose to express?
You're saying something that you're going probably regret in the future, assuming you won't quit this game. If there's somebody who supposed to mind anythingare those who gonna get screw in a long run. It's not about 2 extra parameters, it's about the amount of MG that people will have to skip, the amount of traveling time that they'll have to go, just to refuse a MG, it's about the amount of unecessary loses, it's about of time wasting into nothing, and surely it's also about gold from elements and extra artefacts that will make players spend more for no reason, so it's not only about 2 stats, which by the way is already a pretty good reason to complaim. | So now this update means that we can get only a limited number of elements in our whole playing time? | AoD, when i asked you to mind your language, i was talking about masked swearing.

Not exactly. Since it's harder now, it will be faster until players being unable to complete some missions, leading to wait a new level up, or wear more artefacts in order to win.
So, the amount of possible wins per CL will naturally decrease, leading for a smaller amount of elements reward per CL. (unless people wear more ap, as described above.)
Also, like many players already pointed out, it's definitely not fair with new players which haven't farmed a lot MG points, against old players who will benefit with extra stats and wealth.
The amount of times travelling to one location to another, only to refuse a MG may increase as well, as the amount of loses, if the player didn't pick the challenges well.
In sume, indirectly it will make it more costly to everyone, mainly on a long run. | Ring, basically you don't have anything to comment about this subject, and gonna aim all your arguments to try insult an 3rd person (me), by ordering the properly way to talk, or a propely way to level up or play game or try to humiliate basing on a CL.
What was your best argument so far? "it's just a game," interesting you say that, because this is a entertainment industry, and there's a lot competition out there. Some games like the witcher 3, is way more cheaper than a few folks donate for this game monthly, and guess what? The witcher 3 bring innovation, good graphics, a new plot. And what this game bring? Same game than 2010, with enginner that will turn it less attractive to be played?
Oh do you want to talk about a different genre? Perhaps strategy? Like total war series, AoE, M&M, CK 2, EU V, 4x games, actually to be fair if I talk with less known franchise, but good games I would list at least 1 hundred games.
Rpg? Same as above. And what about the games from different genres? Like shooter, story teller, bullding, economy and so on, this 'free to play' browser game, is still more costly than those and can't compete.
Perhaps it's easier to talk, when a person is under age, and can't affort to play another games, but in this case, this particular person won't donate for this particular browser game, which kind makes his opinion pointless, since there's no contribution for his/her part.
So please, by all means, tell us how wonderful a new feature that will turn this game less attractive is a good idea, besides "It's only a game?" Because we've a lot games out there, and really isn't hard to pick one better than this one. | for some reason, you still end up picking this one.

The donations and game finances don't concern the average player who doesn't donate.

Not good for me as I like to have tough armies to defeat by using heavy arts. It makes me feel powerful:P

Thats good, actually I don't like any monsters, they are just sucking keep on killing just one stack that doesn't die even after a long time:/
And please guys stop quarrelling here. | | This is how I see it:
- A LOT less MG points, especially for new players (it's like 90% loss of MG points compared to the old players)
- less FSP from MG quests
- other changes are have small effect (armies got better, but will still be the worst quests)
In other games it's the opposite:
- new players have better options than the old players had (which is a good thing for balance) | Well, I watched the lvl 21 players since the update, their army quests gives them 2.2 skillpoints, even when they beat them in first try, might be 10% of the charm included, so the sp is not that much from the looks of it.
Of the top 25 lvl 21 players only one has MG at 12, rest is between 7-10, so it was allready hard to get there, now it has definitely become harder with the improved AI system, higher monsters now and with the waves of raids being halved but with the same total ammount of troops that move a little earlier now as well.
Seems that most high level players were allready stuck in MG and were doing only the monster quests since rest had allready gotten too hard to do, most didn't even bother with that anymore and are just doing caravans, contestants and survilurgs. So this update won't affect them much.
I guess that's what we have to look forward to at high level, doing only survilurgs, thieving and contestants. While hoping new low level players will produce the elements from MG, with these improvements they'll produce less now and it might even bleed out in the long turn.
I guess the low level players seem to have the most fun it seems, this also explains why in events they always score on top. |
