Well only a small portion of her battles are against players, a lot of her battles are vs. AI so it's hardly her fault.

With the same amount of EFFORT put into TG instead she would have way way more profit ("Efficiency") from it.
With the 3000 points of RG, she would have more benefits (In terms of Ini of the Character) if they were 3000 points of TG instead.
Still, maybe she just likes the RG concept/theme, or the battles.
She is free to do what she wants. :P
