Also got to try out my Exorcists and their dispersion.
I thought they could fully remove any casts by genies, as their tier is 1 more than genies, but that's not how that works :( |

Found the ideal strat against hell reapers too: Full stack of archiliches to cast decay. Obliterates them xD.
Sphynx mummies also don't feel as dangerous as they used to. It's taking up a valuable slot, and you can always shoot them down in the first turn if you keep atleast 2 shooters. Which I do. So all they got for 1 slot is -5 defense on half your troops, which is meh. Meanwhile i get 8 satyrs to up-morale 3 troops, which feels just as strong. |
Somehow I feel like the most dangerous opponents are the ones without any red troops. They are forced to change their troops every fight so it comes down to the mind-game of what you both take to battle.
Meanwhile, those with sphynx mummies / hell reapers seem to use them 100% of the fights, so you can build against them appropriately. |

Using Nix Warriors half the tourny and just realized how bad they are ...
Nix Warriors have 904 Leadership cost, but 90 hit points and 40% ignore attack, which should make them good against high tier enemies.
BUT.
Guardians of Heaven have similar stats, 739 cost and 120 Health ...
The premium I pay for 40% ignore attack is not worth it unless I'm facing t7 ... Now how do I get my hands on this clearly superior yellow |
