There are Expert Magic Talents, which allow the Hero to use Lv 5 Magics... But no Lv 5 Magic Schools.
Is it HINTED that Developpers gonna put new Spells somewhere in the future? Long long future, that is.
Just noticed that so I was curious.
Also, in HoMM 5 there are spells that decrease Luck and Morale (Like Mirage Dragons), put Mines on the ground of the battlefield, etc., if I recall correctly.

Yes, magic guild level 5 has been discussed. In an interview with the admins, it was suggested that they haven't implemented the spells because they hadn't created them all. Furthermore, there would be balancing issues to be worked out to try and achieve a bit of balance. I doubt they have forgotten/given up on the idea... It's just that many of the major updates in the game take a long time to be implemented :D
