how is it done?
for example: to repair a art with 0/24 such that the smith is 60% efficient in his work.
the output after repairing would be 14/23 or 15/23? |
it must be 14/23 as it is my opinion :P |

while an experienced blacksmith with 60% efficiency would turn the same item to 18/29 durability.
So to answer your question, 24*.6 = 14.4 and would be rounded down to 14.4 I'd say. |
it is always rounded down
so Meshy is correct |
thanks |
and would be rounded down to 14.4 I'd say.
Meant to say rounded down to 14, sorry. |
is always rounded down
so Meshy is correct
Do you mean 14.8 would also be rounded off to 14? |

14/23, because 0.6*24 = 14.4
Do you mean 14.8 would also be rounded off to 14?
