I haven't used it, asked trusted friends who did because I was thinking of doing it also and they told me that it does not work.
I don't who are your trusted source but I can vouch that skill potion works as not only I got 9th & 10th rune on my rune bar I have used them in my battles be it hunt,dwrf or magi battle without hero or tg types battle etc.
Its just Like WG so potion skill works for sure.
It's not mentioned in the announcement that it works either have seen the announcement! Google translate makes it jumbled up but see point 9 in that which says faction skill works.
Even the efficiency measuring system is also given there in point 6 that it follows WG rating system of survival army at the end of the battle.
If its possible to show Battle review u can see that in my combat log. |

It's all about tactics and equipment. I went through all three levels without losing a single battle, but I did play last level with very good equipment. |

Since the text is English now, I just get back to where I left the compaign. Haven't finished it yet but so far have found the rewards are not so encouraging. I've fought more than 10 battles so far, each battle gains me only 2600+ experience and 1.68 faction points. Only one out of these 10+ battles gave me some money reward (about 2000 gold).
I fought all the battles with full APs. It seems a waste of my money with somewhat limited gain, unless the payment after finishing the compaign is big. The battles are kind of interesting though. Kudos to the developers on that!
Could you guys make the rewards more appealing so that money-savers like me can still afford it? |

Rewards include many different options (diamonds, estate certificates, gold, resources, artifacts and/or creature armaments). Only a few battles contain rewards itself: two treasuries and dwarf arsenal. But you shouldn't expect the whole capmaign to be profitable, it hardly depends on your luck with rewards. |
