Author | Beastbane set not working against Campaign. |
I wore full BB set to fight the Savage treants and dryads in the campaign.
But the +60% bonus to neutrals effect didn't work against them.
Is this a bug? |
i don't think any art set bonus working in Campaign same like enchantment |
No I think sets would work but not neutral bonus. Not sure though, let me know if someone tries. |
But the +60% bonus to neutrals effect didn't work against them.
That wouldn't work. Its normal. |
for virtual_vitrea:
Aren't those creatures "neutral"?
What was the definition of being "neutral"? |

Arent controlled from a class or hero as you wish to call it
hunts MG dont have hero to either attack or stand |
Allow me to retract my earlier statement in post 4, if its okay with you.
In my state of mind, I thought it was kind of pointless to worry about such a trivial thing when i couldn't make sense of any dialogue within the quest with it being Russian. All i know is that you can finish the quests by just pressing the red button on the right side and winning battles.
I guess I was just being carefree or ignorant, and for that i apologize. |
I had the same question, even bought a full set of BB set. sadly heard the news that it wouldn't work on the campaign battles, now trying to sell the arts.
just like Dark_Snow said, the troops are controlled by the heroes, therefore it's not categorized as neutral. but not sure BB set works on the battles without hero in the campaign. |
3) Pass the campaign can be in any artifacts modifiers do not work;

Artifact modifier means enchantments (with google translate).
They aren't considered neutral; think that wizzard magic bonus doesn't work either; it's probably coded (ported from...) season hunt event.
I would expect other set boni to work. |
If the damage is increased, then there's a modification from the original value isn't?
Theorically same would happen with swords that adds X extra melee damage and bows to x ranged as well, although I have no clue if those shop artefacts works as intended or not. |

This is stated in every google translation of every announcement but you are free to extend your definition to offense talent, archery,... |
Simple explanation, they are NOT considered neutrals.
Why? Admins don't want it to be that easy.
Proof: Wizard racial ability doesn't work, which should work against all neutrals, therefore these are not neutrals. All other set bonuses should work, I have not tried any set out but I think it is very likely that they would work. |
I think BB set woI wore full BB set to fight the Savage treants and dryads in the campaign.

Don't know but in my battle it showing the Damage to neutrals 60% as well as the min-max 1+ too so thinks its working. |
for Konan_D:
Did your hero deal more damage than normal? So if your hero damage is 30-40 for example, it should deal 48-64. |
hmm now u say.. I most of the time disrupt so hadn't noticed it but it looks like hero not doing extra damage.
Its a sick way to not giving proper announcement & while in combat double clicking showing 60% damage while its actually not,is very much misleading on admin's part.
Really hate this now
Giving a quest without proper or say misleading announcement which is nothing but extended WG with old event battles really getting boring. |
This is stated in every google translation of every announcement but you are free to extend your definition to offense talent, archery,...
I'm not extending any definition, nor I never mentioned anything about talents, since I've copied and pasted a text about modifiers from artefacts, which has nothing to do with talents.
All I see here, is "google translater convert the word 'enchatment' into 'modifier'" Which are completely different and you did not provided any proof to sustain your claim.
But assuming you're right, and modifier actually means enchaments only, then there's a fault on description from the rules for this new feature. However if modifiers actually means modifiers, then it's properly explained. |
Well if really no "modifier" works here then no one needs to use bows/cloaks anymore since the ranged damage increase/decrease are also considered as "modifier" |
Yes, which won't make much sense nor will be fair with shop artefacts.
I also think the correct explanation would enchants and neutral effects doesn't work, instead of 'modifier,' however I'm giving the benefit of doubt, even though it seems to be wrong. |
Whatever +/- every art have it comes with it structure from the factory.
Everybody gets the same benefit from them.
After that we can modify them by enchanting them and give them that little plus that others may not have.
Shop arts are not modified, they have their abilities where we can't add anything on them.
But we can modified them after if we enchant them. |
