However if modifiers actually means modifiers, then it's properly explained.
There is no official announcement, so no fault on description.
All I see here, is "google translater convert the word 'enchatment' into 'modifier'" Which are completely different and you did not provided any proof to sustain your claim.
You did not either, except basing your idea on a bad translation. At least, I stated wizard bonus doesn't work which does not prove you wrong, but still backs my idea that they aren't neutral and solves BB set problem. I could dig in and quote others older google translations, but why would I? I know I see it for years in most announcements; I just stated that to help, not to dig in old forum posts. I'm not calling to have the right answer, however I just brought an second possibility which leads to the trasnlation not being wrong as you've claimed, and the description being correct.

If you open the google translater and type "enchantment" and then "modifier" you'll receive 2 completely different russian words, as it's shown above.
And yes, I was cleary and explicity talking about artefacts, not talents. In some countries virtual defamation/slander is a crime, just saying.

Yes, but this and the second hunt battle in campaign had heroes. I guess there's the tricky part to it. Not a neutral.
I wore full BB set to fight the Savage treants and dryads in the campaign.
But the +60% bonus to neutrals effect didn't work against them.

Are you suggesting you feel like going to your lawyer and sue me because I mentionned some talents in a post?
If the damage is increased, then there's a modification from the original value isn't?
Theorically same would happen with swords that adds X extra melee damage and bows to x ranged as well, although I have no clue if those shop artefacts works as intended or not.

Yes, but I quoted a citation from artefacts modifiers and did not mentioned talents. I also mentioned that tecnically would lead to shop artefacts discrepancy/problems which theorically shouldn't work (even though I also think it's wrong.) and finnaly I've posted into a thread talking about BB set/artefacts. So when we combine all those evidences together, I believe that it's crystal clear that I was talking about artefacts and not talents.
But since I've made a such big confusion, I do apologize.
