Need some help I'm a beginner.

AuthorNeed some help I'm a beginner.
hello everyone.
I just joined this game few days ago and I need some help.
I want to know how to earn gold fast and also I want to know which faction is good for both Hunts and Group battles.
Thank You.
I want to know how to earn gold fast

Either enrolling in a place with the highest wage (usually production), or by donating and trading in diamonds for gold.

both Hunts and Group battles.
For this, I'd probably suggest elves, dark elves to begin with. As you level up you see that all factions are good at group battles (if played right).

There is a help section of the game that is filled with lots of information that you can use if you have any questions (and of course the forums)

http://angelsndemons.freeforums.org/0-the-beginner-s-guide-to-lords-of-war-and-money-t123.html

There is also that beginner guide if you need help
especialy when you just started, it is difficult to earn gold fast

the best starter tips to get gold are probably:
-start with hunts
-do not buy too many arts (but save gold for castle buildings)
you do not need to have the best (and most expensive) set of arts on lvl 1/2/3/4/5
-and yes: enroll a lot (when you are online, just enroll, also when you came online to do something else)

-as soon as you have a marketplace, start trading (buy 1 art on the map and then try to sell it on the market with a little profit)
http://angelsndemons.freeforums.org/19-scripts-approved-lwm-scripts-t96.html

The timers script is also very useful to let you know when you can enroll again.
I want to know how to earn gold fast
.use minimum art. at lvl 1 to 5, you do not have AP requirement so always hunt with no arts.
.enroll as much as you can
.you can enroll at places with higher wages, for example production. you can buy one arts for an enroll spot and then sell the art at market for one or 2 golds cheaper. be sure to buy arts with low cost and popular(defender shield or light axe for example)

beginner guide
Hi,

For a start try to level up slowly. It's good to have a high laborer's guild at a low combat level. With time you will learn more about the game.

If you think about donating, don't exchange diamonds for gold. It's not worth it. Better is buying a Thieves' Guild invitation or castle upgrades.

If you want to play this game for a longer while, I would advise you to do the following: Create another account and play both (Be sure to check the game rules about this, there are many traps). Then play one character for fun (do what you want, level up quick, etc.) and the other character for only enrolling and do only battles when you get a workaholic penalty. At some point you know much about the game and have a powerfull and rich low level character for not doing the mistakes you had done with your first character. Switch main and alternative character then.

I'm always willing to help in private mail, if necessary. May take some time to respond though.

Have fun and get rich. Don't play roulette. :)
invite a lot of friends and let them level up a lot
https://www.lordswm.com/invitations.php

now you get rich and don't have to do anything :D

if you want to make me rich, give this link to al your friends:

FYI elves don't have any use for sp and kn at level 4, so I suggest buying a potion of oblivion and resetting your parameters to all attack.
play roulette = easiest way to get rich

elves are great but start to fall off at lvl8-10

i honestly think tribal or wizard is really great low levels :)

Coming from the guy who is down nearly 900k? xD
" Roulette bets total: 5,293,446
Roulette winnings total: 4,403,764"

Yeah.

...

Well, there's no way to get gold fast, this is a free to play game, as such it's goal is to make the players life miserable so they'll be forced to donate.
That's what happens in almost all F2P games, this one isn't a exception.

If you want to get enough gold to buy pretty much anything you want, but won't mind a very long term process... I would suggest making an additional account and making as many enrrols without workout penalty (you get less money per enrrol), per battle as possible. If you're really true to this method and keep doing this for say 1 year with a decent amount of enrroling per day (you can use your cellphone too, when you're not in home.), then you'll end with a few unspent millions in account, to do whatever the heck you want with it, but again, it does takes time and a certain degree of willpower.
If you manage to achieve a goal like this, you can switch your the main/additional account stats and enjoy the benefits of having money to spare.

There's also another ways to make quick cash such... Buy cheap and sell more expensive at market to eat profits.
Sell every element and hunt arts from MG and HG respectively.

I hardly find this to be a fair towards the devs of this game tbf, if you enroll often (10+ times a day) you should easily be able to make

170 * 10 * 30 = 51k MINIMUM a month, just from enrolling, that's assuming you enroll at a cheap resources place and have LG1, doesn't even count the gold you get from doing hunts / selling elements / selling hunter items. This game is only gold intensive if you're doing everything in full arts / enchants, but that's not really the case in this game.
lol
yeah i think i lost almost a million in roulette
but trust me kiddo, im earning my way back up :P

Just bet your minimum on black and double everytime u lose :)

played this game for almost 8 years now so yeah, trust me and not the rest haha :)

We'll trust you when you're a million up. ;)

The gold worth from enrrols alone is extremely relative on individual needs, for instance 50k per month could be a lot or literally nothing, depending about how fast someone is going to level up, which will translate into gold requeriment for castle and artefacts increasement. Do not forget that we live on a "I want everything ready in my hands / fast food diet / social midia distortion without contest which wants everything simplified" generation, so when someone is asking a tip about how to make gold, it's very likely that the don't want to hear anything like "it's hard, you'll have to do a certain sacrifice or plan ahead according your needs." They would prefer to hear a magic formule that allows them to level up fast and still get milionary.

You said 10+ enrrols a day, which requires a very high level of commitment, which by default won't be possible to certain types of jobs or family duties or any other source which would require the time of this person. (Won't be the case for most players here, anyways.)
But that's alright, let's assume a single person could enrroll 24 times a day, even so it would still be possible to get bankrupted, as long this person do as many expensive combats as he's abled to do, for instances focusing on PvP battles with full artefact set as often as possible and still manage to build a single castle completely. So again it's extremely relative about personal needs, it's not about how many enrrols a day someone can do, it's about how much this person is willing to save.

HG usually isn't that profitable, until start getting BB stuff to sell, plus there's min AP, which cost money per battle, so this guild is more for minor profits margin.
MG however it starts very profitable and keeps this rhythm for a quit long actually.
What Hiltrud said.

Don't rush to level up, pick the battles that gives the less exp at the time, enroll like there's no tomorrow it's not hard to do this you only need a few seconds every hour and better do it on high paid facility's.
Whatever you do do not ever never go near roulette I am only 3 years at this game and I think I did better with out it.
And the most important, read the rules.

Good luck and have fun. :)

What?? I really think it's the other way lol... elves get quite strong the higher level you get.
Another reason to like elf is that all factions are quite balanced in PvP, however in PvE elf is just much stronger.
don't waste money on arts from lv 1-4
sell all hunter arts you get from hunts
don't touch roulette although you can try tavern if you're good at cards
enroll as often as you can
and no dark elf is not as great as some say during low levels, better to go with elf during low levels... you can switch to de once u unlock shrews cause that's when de starts to get fun...xp

ps. i cant believe that after taking a few months break the moment i come back and check forums i see some very familiar drama about to brew lol...xp kinda nostalgic hahaha
