So I know the particular person in question has already received a lot of attention recently and I apologize first for raising more discussion.
But while I was a member in the Military Clan Immortal Dynasty, the clan leader, siddi1111, asked me for a loan, and the transfer happened as follow:

Well, few days after the loan is provided, we discovered that the character was actually hacked by someone and the topic regarding the hacking is here:

So based on these information, my concerns is as follow:
1. It has been half a month since the loan was provided, should I be worried that I will not get the loan back?
2. If the character who received my loan is not able to pay back the loan in time, even if the money was borrowed while the account was hacked, what will happen?
This topic only serves to clear my concerns and serves as future insight for similar situation and should by no means be taken as a complaint.

3.14. There are limits for transfers intended as loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 15,000 * [Combat level] gold. The maximum term for loans is 1 month, unless the comments to the transfers state a shorter period.
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players; as well as in case if the debtor has been blocked. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.

Try to write to siddi to settle this matter. There is still time for the loan to be returned, maybe you can still get the money back.
2. If the character who received my loan is not able to pay back the loan in time, even if the money was borrowed while the account was hacked, what will happen?
The player who took the money is fined with twice the amount of the loan. In this case, he will receive a penalty of 40k, and you will not get your money back. | ahh I see. I will try to see if I can reach him.
