Hi guys,
I need your help, in the general rulles has been written that every people can heva up to 3 accounts but he can't play with them in the sabe battle or transfer golds. so my problem is: My friend visited me and we were playing together in the same conection for all day and they ban those accounts for mutliaccount ... What i have to write them to unban? |

When you are making your appeal, be very clear about why you think you were wrongly banned. Use a spell checker, make sure your message is clear.
It was never possible for players to sell diamonds to other players. The administration will not send diamonds to your new character.
The appeal is your only option to get the account unblocked - It tends to take 7 or so working days to be reviewed and considered. If the appeal does not work, then it will be time to move on to a new account. |

The Appeals Commission is organised and run by players, not the administration. If the penalty or block is to be reversed, then the player overseeing the case will report it back to the administration and they can unblock or reverse the penalty. As the vast bulk of work is done by players, it does not take the admins away from other tasks. |
