In most others you get mage arts and in all of these you have combined spell power and knowledge greater than 8 (in fact 15 in all the ones I looked at I think).
This suggests to me that it does look at either mage or might arts only, bud decides based upon these parameters. I think it has to be this way as otherwise the odds of getting duplicate arts is much too low to explain what was observed, nor else would we be able to explain why sometimes people usually only get might or mage arts, but every so often may get one from the wrong set. If there build is close to the threshold between might and mage they may sometimes if they equip different arts get one from the other set to normal. |
