So what are all the things that have happened in the anniversary?
I remember 2 or 3 years ago we had treasure hunts or something, anything else that I am forgetting?
Also was it always only 30 battles for which we got arts? I meant of course even that's a lot, but I have a feeling it was a lot more several years ago, or maybe it's just my imagination. |

The treasure hunt was in 2015 - Detailed in the second link.
It was not always 30, it was 80 free battles in 2015 and 70 in 2014, although there were 30 battles in 2013.

I can imagine some things (not that they will come true though): CL 22 for example, new secondary factions (Tribal or Dwarf? And throne tournaments), maybe some real war event. Who knows.

Hmm so my suspicions were right, do you have any idea why they reduced dura from 80 to 30? That seems like a lot...

Well I doubt that. First of all every level after 18 is just adding a few more troops, talent points, stats, and a bunch of free gold. I doubt there is any point in that until we get any new troops... which is probably never gonna happen, so I doubt we will have new levels any soon.
Also we had alt DE fairly recently... and I would expect admins to save it for another time so that they don't run out of events.
Personally I am hoping for something new and interesting, however I understand that is easier said than done, so I guess I won't be too disappointed if they just repeat last year. |

Actually, this is amazing. The game is running for almost a decade now and has a lively community. How many games are out there who can compete that?
My wish is to have in addition to the above a special anniversary hunt (similar to new year's event).
All in all, we can expect a great event.
In addition, for me, it means paying membership fee for the thief guild using diamonds.

There's another game running from a very long time - from 5 September 2004 - to be precise.
Travian.
Not that I play that game now. But it's interesting too.
lordswm is the only one in which I would've made at least 20 Ids and abandoned them all just cuz I played too much roulette and lost everything.
or I got bored on one ID and just stopped playing.
But still this game gets to me and makes me come back :P
Heroes of might and magic is my fav and this game is almost same to that.
And gets me hooked to the game :) |

I've played Travian for sometime. Still play causally in Travian Kingdoms (more for fun as a Gaul). But no enthusiastically as other.

I think it is similar to PoT, where we can choose our army, but this kind of tournament includes 2 vs 2 styles.
15 battles with a random partner and other 15 with chosen partner. |
