***ok so this is pure speculation ....***
and many may not share the same view as i do...

but after completing all my 24 battles for today i noticed something when browsing through the battles for tmr....
all the rewards i encountered so far has reduced by 50-70% while the enemies guarding them seemed to have reduced by merely 10-25% in size...
for example silver rewards which i normally encountered were around 80k while now all the ones i found were only 20-30k whilst the guardians were essentially the same or only slightly easier in difficulty...
it was the same with unit rewards, most of the rewards reduced by half at least...
but i realize that those with higher army strength will feel this drop in rewards more then those who are still at a lower strength, i myself am at 11k strength currently...

now this is what i feel, i feel that the dev's seeing the gap grow to unprecedented proportions between players decided to change the event after the 24th battle so as to be fair to all players...
they reduced the rewards gained per battle so that those who have over inflated armies will gradually lose their armies as the input of new units are not sufficient to cover the lossess when fighting against their now insane enemies...
this will gradually force them down to more normal numbers while allowing those with lower army strength to catch up...

now again i repeat this is PURE SPECULATION on my part and if after 00:00 what i have been rambling about is not true then somebody can delete this post...
however if what i say prove to be true...
i would reckon those who have achieved 10k strength and above who are getting 80k silver per battle and 100++ t6 troops per win start saving up for the drought of resources that i believe is to come...
To be honest that seems quite likely. It may explain why when I searched last night and found 10 devils (first search), then looked for harder enemies today (I had by then seen how large stacks should be gained so thought I should do the same a bit) I ended up finding less devils on supposedly harder battles.
The way the difficulty / strength of the army is calculated is fairly complex.
And it isn't necessarily correct either as certain combination of troops can be killer while other troops mixed together won't really do much good.

Anyways, for the mods balancing it.... I'd say meh.
For it to be a perfect level playing field they would have just removed the need for arts too.
But then it would be that the higher level players don't have any advantage over lower levels either, which would also be a problem.

IMO it's probably already planned for early battles to be easier than the latter phases.
Since the players don't have their army developed yet.
I Played my games very early in the morning today while the rebalance was still imminent but I expected it because of the absurdity of battle of games that would've occured. As discussed earlier in the thread, if the system would've not been balanced, on the final days we could've had battles with damages 10^10, and that's about 100 times the order of speed of light :p
As for reducing the disparity between players, I will not discount it but it's highly unlikely that admins would care about that as they don't want too many max. dura arts in circulation. Moreover this disparity could've also been tackled after the event by choosing a suitable upper limit of the range of ranks (for the rewards to be handed out).
when you upgrade an unit then will you be able to find that upgraded unit to join?
So far I have not found any upgraded unit that can join... but that might change if I have an upgraded unit in my army??
You can only recruit teir 1 units while roaming the dungeons..must upgrade those for tier 2
BTW these dungeon caves are pretty big, for example in this fight

close to 1 000 000 units fit easily in one cave... that's the same as a population of a good-sized city. And my castle holds only about 100 or 200 :/

Also, 10^10 damage is only 2 orders over speed of light not 100 orders! 1 order is 10 times, 2 orders is 100 times. Not sure what speed of light has to do with anything, but just making a correction.

You assume the art differences will create a disparity between lower and higher level players but is it unreasonable to expect that the armies we fight will have adjusted numbers to make up for the stat differences for the two levels?
I could've phrased the last part of the message a bit better, bro :p but i said 100 times the order of speed of light just as an analogy 10^8 * 100 (ref post 55 by RR) ..maybe to refer to entities, as i was with the army numbers and damages, i could've used the avagadaro's number :p but could'nt figure out anything inttesting..
The disparity cyberclops and i were talking about had nothing to do with CL's but with the actual strength of the armies between higher and lower ranked players (ref post 48 by RR)

People are reporting that the troops they are finding now, are much smaller than last night, I think this is what he means.

I got 200+ death envoys in single battle yesterday.
Now it is just 38 this time...

What are they doing
this is a theory from my observation

I think there is the balance line somewhere, when your troop power above the line you will get hard battle with low troop reward. and when your army count below the line you will get a lot of units just by doing easy battle. dynamic balance as always -_-
Can you skip the given enemies as many times as you want? Or is there a limit?
There is a limit, though I don't know the exact number.
Do creature Armaments work here?
