Yes, they didn't say by how much Berserk got buffed in numbers.
piercing luck will be good at level 18

Seems to add that extra punch, altough only one try yet.

Yes, you're right. Number of troops increased. Usually when they do it, they also reset your recruit, this time they only surprised us :) I even played CG without noticing it
I take my words back, no change in recruiting for CL16 :)
Dwarf full might build has become deadly on lvl 17.
4 luck with 12% pierce for every creature is too much.
it must be but also such dwarf without good resist can be very fragile. It can be compared to elf rush build.
According to Russian forums,

Teleport: 400 + 80 * sp
Berserker: 140 + 50 * sp

Approximately 40-50% efficiency is increased.
Cyclops shamans now have "Blind" spell, their mana increased to 20

Still 16 mana though...

Cyclops shamanz with Blind is a big thing.
So SB got buffed instead of nerfed, interesting.
Oh my, I see Dwarves in every CG now :P
They'd pick PL even if it means not picking the Talent at the middle (Extra Rune, or whatever its called).
Good damage they have, I admit!
Good to see some changes. Dark barb is stronger now with the blind spell. It can be a game changer in group battles. Good change for nature magic builds as well :)
In my last battle, those cyclops shamans killed 31+31 sharpshooter in a single meteor rain.
I've been testing the changes to Berserker.

2 problems:
-if you cast on shooter, it will move to attack melee even if unblocked
-if 2 adjacent stacks (one yours; the other enemies'), it may attack yours

It also requires a lot of Spell power; so it's probably better suited for a mass decay build. Maxim said they'd make decay builds "more playable" (http://daily.heroeswm.ru/newscom.php?i=Mini-transcript_Maxim_adm_29_12_17_en), so it's likely it will only be effective when that update comes.
If you actually think about it, it totally makes sense that they gave Confusion to Shadow Orcs, and now Blind to Shaman Cyclops.
Their Hero can't play these Magics, but Necro and DD for instance can, so it makes sense that the SB units have them.
Anyway, if you are fast enough, you can kill Orcs or Cyclops to make the enemy lose the possibility of casting those.

I lost, but it was funny as hell.
When decay gets a boost, this build might be solid, or at least fun enough to play on easier battles. I'm not sure if it will work on low or even mid CLs, though.
Win rates for Dwarf have increased, there is proof in Lgnd.ru
Its the best time for dwarf and SB to play Avenger guild.
