AuthorDungeon Caves
Yes killing the stormcallers was far more important then killing the magi, also setup in the wrong corner
From what I see techy is getting 17k in silver while Aurelija is getting over 31k in silver, then it is no oddity that Aurelija is getting tons more opponent, with their level difference it should even be at least 6 times more.
for Lawton:

I looked at Aurelija 31k battle: https://www.lordswm.com/war.php?warid=977707470&lt=-1&fs=1

She lost a lot of troops for that money. Was it worth it in the end?
Finished better than I hoped, at 60 despite losing 2 within the first 5 battles.
Decided not to get commanders, I'm hoping it won't matter, I figure that with sufficient ini all my shooters go first, and the hope would be to go before them. either you have killed all range by the end of your troops first turn or you havn;t. I think I will need them if I ever have enough silver to get wardens, though with 600k silver, that may take a while.

Thats how difficult my battles are. The armies I fight are massive, and I can only win loss free if I go really low on the reward scale. I was hoping to kill wardens turn 1 there, but I failed. Also the melee were too meaty for me to deal with.

Thats why when I look at battles of low levels, I cringe at how pathetic those armies are.
Well, was it worth it? I'm too lazy to try figure out how much you lost.
Actually, I don't know how to calculate it anyway. Is there a list somewhere that shows how many points each creature adds to the army strength score?
For those of you who are experienced with this event, what do you think is the optimal difficulty level to take on? Let's say the difficulty ranges from 0 to 20 (you start out at 10, and you can click "Find a stronger army" 10 times to get to 20, or the other way to get to 0). Approximately where would you gain the most? I assume this also depends on which stage in the event?
for Omar Contreras:

It's too difficult to give a blanket answer for that question. The composition of the armies is very important. For example, tribals are easy if you have shrews because shrews can deal quite a bit of damage to them, sometimes twice depending on initiative, in addition to other shooters. If you have a really good shooter army, and the enemy army has low initiative and low speed, like some dwarf and necro units, you can go harder on the difficulty.
like some dwarf and necro units, you can go harder on the difficulty.

That said, eventually dwarf meat becomes too large for you to handle. 3k veterans with large shield is a pain for everyone.

Check out this battle, for example. I didn't take a single bit of a damage, and I probably could have handled an army somewhat larger with minimal losses still. There's a certain tipping point though that becomes unwinnable even if you defeated an army that was 1% smaller because maybe shooters were blocked, something had a spell cast on it, etc.
Currently in 21st, won't stay there for long. But the important thing is I started getting JG points today :D hopefully by tomorrow I'll be getting MG as well
whts ur army build d2a and silver collected and army strength please ?
Check my last battle for build strength is around 11k and totals silver collected and spent is 500k
Is there any specific criteria to get the 90/90 armor? Any troop strength you need to reach? Or get into top 100?
Top 30 get 90, top 100 get 80

Or at least that's what I think
AI's low initiative troops keep getting morale really adds up to the flavor of this event.
You expect them not to get moral?

The way I see it is i only have 1 luck, but it triggers at least 1 time a battle. So why should the enemy moral be any different
Low ini getting morale doesnt worry me too much, it's when troops like faries get them then I'm scared.
Also, AI units dont have a hero so they shouldnt even have morale.. Besides brave units of course.
