The donation system for these seems to have altered.
Previously you could get the arts from the 10% inclusive. Not anymore.
Now you have to donate 50 diamonds PRE 10% to get everything.
Also the purchases are cumulative now, so if you donate 45 then 10, you'll get the bow... at least that's what I've seen recently. |

Usually I donate in events like this as my appreciation and support for the game.
I think that the scrolls are a bit overshoot. I would let the leader's guild develop naturally without the scrolls. Compare this to the adventurer's guild. There was an unfair advantage for players with rare artifacts. |
