| I prepare a special sauce for my mushrooms for my pizza before i put them. Doesnt make a big diffrence but still nice. Also if you put your origano on pizza, dont put it under cheese, place it on pizza after bake |

mushrooms done right are pretty good, but done wrong they can be very very different.
If on their own then its all about butter and garlic, in a sauce then without porcini mushrooms, you just lack depth of flavour, they are like a magic ingredient. |
