The event is awful. I've spend plenty of time, gold and effort. The variance between the levels is amazing. But, that's the admins. To be honest, it's difficult to satisfy all as you test a potential new faction.
Let's hope the next event will leave us some time for real life.

| Yeah I found the event interesting as well but very time consuming. If it weren't for the summer I don't know if I would've had time and motivation to get to level 30 of campaign xD |
Thanks, very interesting event. I found that very few losses will happen if played grouped all the 4 types of combats. I lost only 5, last one 6 days ago :)

Sometimes i wonder if people want to have all kinds of skill impression removed from the game and only do battles that are free wins.
There is so much whining about impossible battles and when you see the logs, people are just suiciding units for no reason. Or not employing any tactics to target AI behaviour.
I agree that this event was waayy to grindy and that some battles are hard.
I agree that some fights are instantly lost by a 10% or lower random trigger.
I dont agree that the difficulty is too high, especially, since we are talking about the bonus levels that are supposed to be a challenge.

Even if i don't suicide, you honestly think thats beatable?
Not to forget that 2k hp monster in behind apart from loads of troops and hero which does 1-2 perish with magic to anubises every time.
Also the unit behind that monster, does like 5-6 perish to elephants. Joke of a mage that is. |

That was rough, but doable. I got stuck on the 38th glory battle with a stack of 120 ogre trophy hunters. They zeroed the defense on my stacks and I couldn't pass them.
