Then it is also justified for Kchong cause :-
He was not happy that I called him a "noob" for making noob choices that could have led to a loss in that game. (we won).
I then started asking him what is wrong with calling him out for his bad plays
So if you feel its ok to call people stupid cause they play bad,then what Kchong did is also right. @Jassi | @Kchong:

Another intentional loss by russian teammate. (He claims he did not see).
To those who are curious: Vampires stunned lizards, he decides to attack lizards with 3 shrews (here I believe was intentional after realizing I am a com server player, hence he decides to throw the game).
Why do I believe it was intentional? After stunning lizards with vampires, I said in team chat: ++++ , and enemy also said, wow luck decides the game. He clearly knew lizards was stunned, as he would have cast a spell and hit lizards IF they were not stunned. He also had the opportunity to hit with shrews earlier but instead moved down 1 step meaningless (clearly shows there was no point in hitting lizards) Why would you even hit lizards with 3 shrews ESPECIALLY when you are a caster mage? In the event of an honest mistake that threw the entire game, he should have apologized and be willing to offer compensation. Instead he just said he did not see and told me he will not send.
Not willing to pay after making mistake that cost us the game. Can I report this? | estate

Mostly when i dont pay attention | | Mistakes in game like this are common. It's a mistake or a bad player. No need to report. I would dissmis it. If this kond of thing would be sanctioned i would be blocked looong ago along with half of server. | Also, pay you for the mistake? Are you serious? When you are higher level any mistake in a pvp fight decides the outcome of a fight. One wrong move and those monsters of a player can punish you. So...would ypu pay compensation everytime? You would pay a really lot all the time.
If you think you are without mistakes please join war battles. It will teach you how to be humble. Easy to win pvp at lower levels where a lot of inexperienced playerd play pvp. Mistakes are overlooked, nobody even notice them and are often. At war pvp and higher level pvp any tinny mistake is game over. Almost no noobs are left except players like me. So forgive mistakes and move on. | Not willing to pay after making mistake that cost us the game.
With utmost respect, you are not entitled to that, asking for it is rude in my opinion. :)

There's nothing the admins can do to fix the cultural issues between the two servers so i'm not sure what kind of fix you are expecting here? Yes we are second class citizens but we have been from the very start so nothing new there.

People have bad days sometimes. What if it was a genuine mistake?
Sadly not everyone is gifted with an inborn talent for PVP fights, people like me learn from mistakes done in battles and try to do better next time.

Like you said. It's a GAME. Why do you get so worked up ? If this game causes you absurd amount of stress, its better for you to take time off from it. Or just resort to PvE. Mistakes will keep happening in PVP and you can't change it/report about it every single time or demand compensation.

Paying you for a team mate mistake is ridiculous, at best. I made mistakes in combat, and my team mates also made mistakes. That's what the game is about... If you think you've never made a mistake in a team combat, then you must be so self-righteous...

As concerns the bigger issue about Unfair treatment to COM server players: there are small differences in the legal system: more lenient on COM, but I never had problems with it.
Most of the time when I show courtesy in combats, I receive it back, including from Russian players.
When it is clear insult (either following mistake or not, either from Russian or non-Russian player), I reported and it was exacted upon the culprit.
I do not think Edwin was partial with your reports, and it bemuses me your accusation that Edwin shows Unfair treatment to COM server players.

If it was an accidental mistake. I am OK. I will call you out and if you apologize, all is good. Was that an accidental mistake? In my opinion, NO. God knows why he decided to throw the fight, there was NO apology after the mistake, you do not suddenly decide to hit lizards when there were opportunities BEFORE the lethargy has been applied. He could have hit lizards with shrews for FUN before lethargy. Why did he not? Why did he only decide to hit lizards with shrews AFTER the lethargy.
You act as if I demand compensation for every mistake. I do not. If a genuine mistake has been made, apologize and move on NOT say "i do not see. litter". Zero apology was given, which was what made me mad even more. I am sick of PvP as of recently, I have had zero cooperation recently, and I am tilted enough as I am. Imagine being on a losing streak, finally being handed a win with a great stun by vampires only to see it all fly away within 1 move, and what more; with no apology and instead a guy whos more like, you know what? I did not see. Who cares? If I made the move and threw the game like that, covering the gold for cost of arts for the teammate affected would have been the least I would have done. But maybe, that's just me.

I agree with this. But sadly this is not the case.

Why suddenly decide to hit lizards with shrews AFTER lethargy. Again, in my opinion this was intentional. A genuine mistake, most people would have said, dang! sorry I did not see. Instead he even had the audacity to ask me what was the problem and then refused to apologize afterwards. If you were playing soccer, and then knock one of your teammates down, do you say sorry? Yes u do. Now that is a mistake.

I am a good teammate. I seek cooperation all the time and am more willing to cooperate with my teammates. If my teammates does stupid stuff, I will call him out. If I do stupid stuff, I expect my teammate to call me out.
Again, there is NOTHING to argue about.
Case 1: I called a player a "fool" for making bad decisions. He reported me on RU forums. Punishment was given.
Case 2: A player called me "stupid" because I told him his mistake that cost us the game. I reported him on COM forums. Punishment was NOT given.
Again, victim blaming.

Play more PvP and it will get to you all right. You are making it sound like I complain about every match. I play TONS of PvP and although I made a few complaints, it is very small to the amount of PvP i play every day. | for kchong:

I will try to remain calm in battles and cooperate more. I will also try to communicate in a more "non provocative" manner and see how things goes.
Again, I emphasize that I, and many others would appreciate being able to play and be treated with the same amount of respect and fairness as the russians. Sadly, this only happens in an ideal world; and this is not possible in reality.
I have played tons of CG; little in comparison with what some of you have played, but I have ran into my fair share of discrimination and harassment. Trust me, it happens. Perhaps not as often as I make it to sound like, but it DOES happen. There are times when I match up with a com server teammate and we have a chat about how it is nice to team up with a fellow english speaking player. Some Russians can also speak english and this is awesome. Do not get me wrong, I do not hate russian players in general, I hate ANY players who DISCRIMINATE based on nationality. It is just the player base in com server is so small, what's left of us are the BEST of us. Nobody complains about another fellow com player here anymore.
To conclude, I ask for fairness in the justice system; and I am sure many of us here will appreciate this too.

As mentioned: COM legal system is more lenient against everyone (not just non-Russian players). It does not mean Unfair treatment to COM server players.
Nothing stops you reporting on .RU server...
