| I'm so done with this event. I always hit a brick wall early (lvl 13). Tried changing factions to no avail. I'm vexed on how some can breeze through these like nothing. Guess I'll grind out MG battles and just wait for the next brick wall event to waste all my arts. |

From what I see, Elf & Dark Elf (traditional Thieving Factions) are faring really well. As for me, Tribal worked well with a passive play style.

I think this event very much depends upon how you wish to play.
I have done almost all battles now, all with close to the cheapest appropriate arts for my level. As such have +34% Atk, +41%def, 22% ini and 13% recruit. It helps rather a lot and could win level 50 while putting auto on.

Even so, one still has to think. For pharoah it is all about gaining dominance with dune assassins. All other troops are to keep dune assassins going till they can beat the rest down. One thing with this is to be careful with resurrection. Often I do not res straight away, or only half res a stack, to take a hit, since it would be a waste to completely res them. Scarabs are vital for giving more time for dune assassins to gain dominance or to protect other stacks (often as a strong stack rushes anubis, the resulting scarabs can block their return path to elephants). Getting a bit tired now with fairly similar battles, though do not think I have ever got to FSL 8 as quick before (not quite there yet, but done before the event is over). |

If you only do them once the optimum way is probably to start without enchants then switch at some point.
If you are repeating, then cheaper to do them without enchants, though should have switched to perhaps not repeating and doing it once with enchants on the levels with good gold reward. |
Did 50 with enchants. Took 2 tries since I underestimated it and didn't take armour ench in first go.

In fact, love the rewards so far. Would be great if the rewards are even better tomorrow (though I doubt it).
