RU and COM forums always had slightly different rules and different moderation. On .com we never tolerated racism. Although I think we never really had a problem with that here. On .ru they have different priorities (like moderating wrong headers or "wrong" political views).
Anyway I wouldn't talk too much about the word in the title, since I don't know what it means and how it's meant in russian. But in english I'd find it not acceptable. |
