The 250 diamonds basically is just the cost for 1 additional stat. Like the robber image, once the 250 diamonds image is purchased for the current faction, using/purchasing any other image will give +1 stat (non-cumulative I assume)

Pharaoh 250 especially must have really hard time with her butt starting from the middle of her back, can't see how she is even walking with that thing.
