Since we more or less follow .ru, are there any BB arts that are only unlocked at HG8?
Also, are all BB arts unlocked at HG6 and lower, or are some only unlocked at HG7?

They don't have these abilities yet. They will probably get them when they become available for players.
Look battles with this monsters and think again. (Hint: Look the creature info in BATTLE, not on their page.) ;)
Archdevils uses their ability very effectively. Archdemons haven't learned to use the ability still.

How long has it been since you have been to a restaurant? No, not in a metropolitan tavern, but where the heroes are good; there is respectable conversation; where the beautiful elf maid quickly brings excellent ale to you; where dried fish appears on your table instantly, as if by magic; where the walls are decorated with military trophies and awards, and the bartop is always new and marked with scratches. And do you think this normal, average tavern lies somewhere on the edges of the empire? If not, then you should definately visit one of these, on the outskirts of Sunny City, where the place is eternally filled and with two types of personalities: those looking for work, and those who can offer jobs to the the former. Rumor has it that the greedy representatives of the Traders Union are looking for a hero, yes, a hero in the tavern, to build a new building. But this time they need a candidate with experience, you may just eb that hero.
A true hero must try everything, and if you are not an alien robot that drinks bad ale, you have the job. Heroes, who have successfully completed the quest 'Outpost', can begin a new job called 'Bastion'.
The Quest is available to all players. Reward is 1000 gold. To exit the quest and the end the task at hand , you just need to click on the white flag.
Please do not publish the full adventure quest online, and do not post links to sites with similar answers. All such threads will be deleted. You are, however, permitted to give advice on certain aspects of the task.
Please note that a new quest, like 'Outpost' is a building quest, you have to work out a strategy for victory.

6th Blindfold Tournament
It was quiet this evening in the modest tavern at the foot of Bear Mountain. Only a few adventurers who hunted a group of black trolls broke the silence with their dispute. But their topic of conversation was not the purpose of their stay here. Early in the morning, there were rumors about the next tournament, for it was not easy to verify their validity in these outlands areas. But what better way to brighten up the past-time of downing a mug of ale than a discussion of rumors?
Of course - the dispute, I will not detract any longer... There was no doubt that Abu Bakr planned to announce yet another festival week, according to the statement on the almanac. The question was only in whose honor, this time, will be declared a festival?
"Of course, in honor of my fellow Forest keepers" said the elf outright.
"Yeah, right ..."Interrupted him a knight "your whole life is a permanent festival. Undoubtedly, this will be a week of noble knights."

He sat at the table and the first thing he grabbed was a mug of ale and began to talk to this companions, who were huddled together, in a hurried breath, ignoring the frowning face of the dwarf, because it was his mug of ale. Instantly, the barbaianed gulped the ale in his mouth down and exhaled with relief, then quite casually said:
"Have you heard the heralds announced the beginning of the blindfold tournament?" Watching in amazement as his friends exchanged glances in disbelief. And the only dwarf beamed with joy, raking his hand on the table and filling his purse with gold coins ...
Announcing the start of the 6th Blindfold Tournament. The start of the tourny is scheduled for Monday 13:00.
Remember the details:
- The battle id of the fight is hidden;
- Matches will not be shown in the list of battles;
- Matches will be hidden in the players' battle records until after the tourny;
- Nicknames of heroes are hidden in the battles and during the waiting time before the tournament;
- Only participants can View Tournament battles;
- 16+ level are set apart from the 15-;
- Prize money is divided according to the formula for Minor tournaments;
- Players who are in the Commanders' Guild, will receive 0.3 points CG points for every Tournament point.

There is hardly a single true gambler, who has not heard about the mysterious stranger, appeared recently in the vast empire. Heroes, taverns Empire, today announced a regular card tournaments on the system blitz. The tournament will start at the beginning of each hour, the winner advances to the next stage, while the loser is eliminated. The prize fund consists of three parts X/Y/2xZ - where X is the winner of the award, Y - gold lost in the final and Z - gold, losing in the semifinals. Thus, to obtain monetary rewards enough to get into the tournament semifinals. A timer on the course - 20 seconds, limiting the duration of the game - 10 minutes. All tournaments will be held on the rules of card game in the capital of the Empire. The winner besides cash awards will be awarded the achievement on my character.
Card tournaments can be divided into three types:
1) Sun City Cup - a tournament for players from 5-level gambler, 128 players, 2000, entry fee, the beginning - 12:00, 18:00;
2) Gold pack - a tournament for players from 5-level gambler, 64 players, 2000, entry fee, the beginning - 00:00, 9:00, 15:00, 21:00;
3) Blue Card - a tournament for players from third-level gambler, 64 players, 1000, entry fee, start - 00 minutes remaining hours;
There is another type - Imperial Cup - a rare event with great prize money, will be available only for a certain type of tournament winners.
