Dark_key was blocked because of a private message that he either sent to Administration asking for a block himself, or perhaps he was rude to someone via. PM and they sent it to secretary and he was blocked.
Darksetik - Same reason as above.
Masterbit - Same reason as above.
Demigod - I can't tell you why... But it was for a PM and the reason translated to "inadequacy" lol
Unless some Russian player knows why they were blocked and can tell us, I guess we can only speculate :)

Mixed Tournament
Throughout the whole evening in the capital tavern, only the voice of Tolgar was heard, continuously chanting odes of praise in honour of the magma dragon, who has proved themselves worthy in the recent throne battle . Gram didn't have the time or the chance to insert in a word edgewise, and thus sat in silence with a slight smile on his lips listening to the dwarf's bragging. Until finally, he was offered such an opportunity to butt in when the main speaker of the evening decided to wet his parched lips with fresh ale after his fiery speech. So the governor decided to take this pause fully for what it was worth to address all that has been said:
"My friend, you do realize that this tournament is not an indicator of your strength? Now, if the dwarves had won the mixed tournament, or even - a small ..."
These words rubbed the dwarf the wrong way, and he frowned and asked:
"Small? Is that you in my growth that is hinting at?"
"No, no. That's not what I mean" - Smiled Gram - "What I do mean is that we have such a tournament there. One of the most prestigious."
"Well, let's arrange it, and let the dwarves show who are the best warriors of the Empire!"

Not for the first time. Maybe not for the last...
"smsid=" in block description means (in most cases) block BOW.
But sometimes (usually, at high lvl players - they have multiple penalties for repeated insults in battlechats and PM already) such block can be instead of penalty.
Slavs are very impulsive and don't watch over the words. Our language very rich of uncensored and abusive words. :) |

Well, they are quite high right now at 800k, but 750-760k sounds like a fair price and 720k-730k sounds like a good price, according to their forums and what players there are asking.
I also think that some of them have an expectation of TGIs rising to 1kk in cost sometime in the medium term, which is starting to push prices up at a higher rate now. |
