escort is good when you face no retaliation creature such as shrew, sprites etc.

i wonder how many battles have you won like this
its not even a contributing factor of victories @higher levels
only use is when your covered up with a lot of small stacks in TG
n i don't think escort is helpful else where
ppl have escort only if they have 5 TP as balance or
they need it to learn something like fervor!

In HOMM5,There was some talent which boost attack,defense,morale and initiative
of knight's troops for some turns based on hero lvl. I forgot the name of that talent.
And what do u think about the talents like 'Guardian angel' from HOMM 5 :P

i wouldn't say Escort is waste.

i won lots of TG's and PvP's with Escort.
Especially DE caravans, Demon Caravans and most CG's against Demons.

also many factions are not benefited by ther unique racial talent which is positioned in the center of a talent wheel.

Necro, wiz and Barb are the lucky factions which are benefited most.

i really think we need something better than escort
i wont call escort as useless talent. but, you have better other better options rather than use escort in most case.

just live with it, it just cost 5 talent points, cheapest unique talent among all factions. what do you expect more from this 5 talent :)

how many mage DE we have? very few.
its totally useless for 90% mighty DE.

i haven seen a Demon using that talent, that show how good that talent is :P

comparing these factions knights and Elves unique talent seems better. because we can use them in any built any time.

i think that a talent that raises the min. damage of a creature
or raises the probability of the max damage trigger
will be gr8 it can cost 8-10 points
it will still be helpful but if it costs this much the probability must also be good!
one thing can be done is Admins increasing Escorts damage by 10 to 15 %.
just like rain of arrows damage for elf's.

but ther talent cost is higher than our unique talents.
rain of arrows is a very good talent for elves but we can see very rarely someone using it at my level....
Most elves prefer expert luck, nature magic n morale ^^
What better on my lvl: duels or group battles(every one for oneself) ?
It depend on everyone playing style. I would rather say that you do some hunts and enrolls, since you'll get extra primary skills. And don't forget that at level 5 you'll need farmers cabins (for more knight troops), griff building and some artefacts for every fight.
You didn't notice that in a hunt you get less experience (than a battle against a human) and 0.5 fsp? whatever fight type give you better fsp/exp ratio worth do it.

btw... i strongly feel tht something must be done with the damage range of our troops
cross has 2-8:which makes the damage totally unpredictable
guards have it 2-5:its good but as we have a huge stack this also makes a big difference
griffin has 5-15:do i have to say anything?? the extra damage from dive is not available either
monks have 9-12:the only troop that has decent damage range & you can depend on it!
cavalry 20-30:just a few stacks so not much,but still makes a difference

nah, you miss a point. empathy will give you some handy move on hero in the initial of battle due to most of your unit still alive. it allow your hero to attack more than other.

later on, you will use the escort on the last stack of guardians. empathy still help some to bring your hero ATB forward without losing turn too much.

bendification? we dont have this in HoMM5, it raise the min dmg but also with morale and initiative.
discuss about the best built against pure offense barb with minimum of +55% damage on every hit.

to my knowledge fervor is the best, is ther any other talent built better than fervor to defeat them.

yep that's why it is useful

but till then,if your guards are under attack by 3-4 stacks..which happens all the time
hero is just pushed off n you don't get a turn
so how does escort go with fervor? i don't get it
