| That one is undecided. There was a big discussion whether or not kick out inactive members, but it eneded pretty much in a tie. In the end it was decided to leave them be for now. That may yet change later. |
| Actually, the question has been asked twice in the Council, and twice it was decided that not logging in wasn't enough a justification to ban someone. After all, there is no rule break here. |
