Sad thing about a necro, though, is that no matter how good you are...every other faction in the game can beat you 1v1 :)
If you get ambushed, you are dead, assuming equal arts (or in many cases where you have better ones).
The best Necro would have a lot of faction Defs though to compensate that obvious difference in power.
I can kill some dark elves strictly because of my level 7 dark elf faction...but any other class, has been impossible for me. Necros are just too slow for good 1v1 PVP ^^ |

I did 8 and the last became quite tough, so maybe 9 is possible but not much more.

| for ReIncarnate: Ur bowmen is the key .. try to protect them with ghosts .. 1-1-1 .. another 1 ghost to take retal, and full vampires .. and the rest of the ghosts in JUST ONE STACK to kill him .. U can raise .. ^^ that is the Necros best ability for me .. RAISE OF THE DEAD ... I am afraid of it for sure .. :) |

| If you mean skeletons bows the yes! This is the one unit, that alows you to stay back and let your enemys come to you instead the other way around. |
