Nothing you can do, really.
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
I suppose you could PM Secretary about this, but I don't believe it will bring any result. |

Here is the contract he agreed (currently Arctic seems to be in holidays):
Terms of the Contract for the Rent of Gifts’ TGI:
If I, BORROWERS’ NAME, succeed to give back a TGI to Gift within 2 weeks (TGI transfer time +14days), I, BORROWERS’ NAME, agree to pay Gift:
- The thief’s artefact I received by reaching the lv1 or lv2 in the Thieves’ Guild (Gift will pick the one he wants).
- The TGI I received by reaching the lv2 in the Thieves’ Guild.
If I, BORROWERS’ NAME, succeed to give back a TGI to Gift within 4 weeks (TGI transfer time +28days), I, BORROWERS’ NAME, agree to pay Gift:
- The thief’s artefact I received by reaching the lv1 in the Thieves’ Guild.
- The thief’s artefact I received by reaching the lv2 in the Thieves’ Guild.
- The TGI I received by reaching the lv2 in the Thieves’ Guild.
If I, BORROWERS’ NAME, do not succeed to give back a TGI to Gift within 4 weeks (TGI transfer time +28days), I, BORROWERS’ NAME, agree to pay Gift the following additional fees:
- 2k gold per day for the 5th week.
- 4k gold per day for the 6th week.
- 8k gold per day for the 7th week.
- 16k gold per day for the 8th week.
IMPORTANT / DISCLAIMER:
The Administration, represented by Arctic as the Guarantor, does not take responsibility for TGI renting but can make sure whoever doesn't fulfil the contract get punished (The Guarantor will decide and imposed a serious penalty). |
I thought I was quite well protected with that agreement :)
By the way I trust Arctic and the administration and will respect their decision.
BUT as the account of feelmypower has been asked to be blocked - his parents want him to stop playing, so that mean I have no chance to get back my TGI or money or art.
This is a different case, it is not really afraud, but more fatality that will impact only me... I guess the admin / Arctic can decide to do something... |

Unfortunate, really. That's the risk of dealing with children :/
He's not blocked, and sending 1 gold to Admins won't get him blocked, but it won't matter if he stopped playing. That's very irresponsible, but I don't know what you (or anyone) can do here. |

You cannot loan anything for a period longer than 1 month, so it should be more like, I will be fined 600 000 to keep the TGI or be blocked by administration,etc. In fact TGI looks to be a bit different and the rules arent enforced everytime. Some players are allowed to keep the TGI for a period longer than 1 month. But there will be no refunds, just a bad luck.. |

You cannot loan anything for a period longer than 1 month
You can. It's loans without timer that are asumed to be month long. If you specify that TGI is to be returned in half-a-year there's nothing wrong with that. |

I discussed with his brother also but he can do anything...
And in addition, I gave him for more than 30k equipement (a month ago) in order to help him to complete the ambushes faster...
Then he lost money in roulette in or der to replace the equipment (I sent all the log of the msg with him that proves that I told him not to play roulette etc...)
I trusted him, helped him, then even with further delay I expected that he would give me pay me back.
It was imossible to foresee that he would be banned by his parents... |

Highest time limit is not specified, but I wouldn't abuse this if I were, well, anyone :)
Proving that it was indeed a two year loan and not financial assist may be difficult. |

I had a similar incident with Mirana not too long ago. She had my TGI lease for months, and it cost me about 150-200k out of my pocket so she could finish.
I did finally get my 2 thief arts, and TGI back, but it took many months. Same problem though: Mirana was a roulette junkie.
Hope this guy comes back, maybe someday, so you get your stuff back. I had given up on Mirana...but you know how my story ended.
