it has no penalties, the -10% ini is definately wrong
and it does no damage, it just gives you the chance to change your attributes.
Each time you level up you can increase a primary stat (attack, defense, spell power or knowledge) and the potion resets those stats.
It's useful if you want to become e.g. a might necro so drink the potion and you can change the attributes from knowledge & spellpower to attack/defense
but the potion doesn't reset stats that you gain by weapons/hunters guild

| talents can be chosen as often as you like... just reset them (lower right button on talents-page). there is no penalty or restriction on how often you do it... |

its just cancelled for the talent wheel testing period, it may come back anytime the admins want to. |
I really hope it doesn't :)
No penalty allows folks to change factions, and try out other things without having to wait for any negative side effects to wear off :)
So feel free to use it if you need it. |
