However i don't agree with that rule, that recorded clan donations are no exceptions from 30% gift per month, this donation of Thelmon was also much over 30% of his property.

This is clearly a violation of game rule 3.15. Rules are the same for me than for everyone else. For this reason, I have returned the donation to Thelmon.

Thanks for pointing that out, as I haven't noticed that Thelmon was way over 30% of his wealth when contributing this gold for Warriors' Guild Wrath. Note, by the way, that gold given to WGW is not a donation, accordingly to clan rules, but a refundable advance payment:
