Buy resourses from mines on the map or from market. | Technically, elements are listed under the "Resources" tab on your character page (right next to skills), so if you are referring to elements, they must be earned with Mercenary mission victories (low drop rate though, so don't expect one every time).

That is a quest that you perform for the Mercenary Guild
how to get that quest?
Go to the Mercenary Guild at Yellow Lake

Enter the merc guild and read the quest and accept it if you think you can do it. You are currently level 3, so I suggest you wait till you;re level 5 or 6 to try the quests.
If you do mean elements, you get them after you successfully complete a quest and report the success back to the merc guild within the time limit, or you can buy them from other players. |
