How much cost to make or put on Mini artifacts?
also at level 3 and 4 should i get max gargoyles or golems first? | Each mini artifact has it's own cost. The simpler ones cost 1 resource each (1 wood, or 1 ore, etc). You need a number of mini-arts equal to the troop size to attach.
At level 3 and 4, My opinion is max golem.
