| what exactly does a theif do how how does it level up | Thief makes ambushes. It's a special battle type, where you can fight other players travelling on the map (1 or 2) or caravans controlled by the AI. The setup is: the victim in the center, the thief in the edge of the battlefield.
Each successful ambush bring the thief one thieves' guild skill point. When advancing on thieves' guild level, the thief is awarded free thief artifacts, which can be worn or sold, and +1% permanent initiative bonus. | A Thief ambushes players that travel around the map and starts an attack while they are traveling.
