Unfortunately there was no example of both towers reaching 0, but I'll take the examples of both towers reaching 50 as the person who used the card wins . |

Straws answered already. This is proved by experience.
Victory conditions don't imply that your Tower has to be above zero to win the game, just that you bring your opponent's one to zero or lower. The victory conditions are fulfilled and the game ends before your opponent's turn, where he would be in a situation of winning as well since your tower is destroyed.
Similarly, you can bring both towers to 50 (with Rainbow) and win. |
