| I've been seeing things about not renting, having to buy with diamonds.. etc, but I haven't seen where this rule is. Can someone explain/link me to it? |

| 3.33. The Administration considers it impossible to reach Thief Guild level 5 from the very beginning in a period of one month. Therefore, leasing Thief Guild invitations becomes forbidden since December, 01, 2009. Players caught in both dealing and acquiring TGis at any cost significantly different from the market prices will be fined severely. |

| Because you no longer get an invitation on level 2 and 4. You get only one at level 5 thieves guild. |
| Nobody is forced to reach TG level 5. At TG level 5 you get your TGI back, but this is not a condition in starting TG. |

How soon do you think this will happen?
There are much more TGIs on players' hands than necessary. There are lots of cheap TGIs for sale at the market, starting from 370k. For a reference: when I bought mine at level 8, I paid 475k for it. |

11) New Thieves' Guild Mechanics to be introduced since December, 1st. The Guild invitation will only be given out to thieves once, to those who achieve the 5th level in the Guild. Those who have already received an Invitation at Guild level 2, will not receive any more invitations.
Battlefields for Thieves' Guild ambushes and Mercenaries' Guild brigand quests have been increased to 18x18 cells.
Experience granted for TG caravan combats has been doubled. |
| Ah, thank you Pantheon. Though that's kind of lame IMO. Especially because it highly benefits players who have already gotten 2 TGIs. |

In theory, anyone who has 2 TGIs would have to have bought at least 1 of them. So it's a return on their own investment. |
