I'm a happy thief and I'm sorry for any and all who don't make it before the rules change. I have to thank the admins for giving us several weeks to prepare.
When I first heard about the new rules, I got really discouraged and thought I could never make it in time. But then I pulled myself up by my 'bootstraps' and did the ambush rush.
I did ambushes almost exclusively for about three weeks, even getting up in the middle of the night, when for me, there are the most players online and the best chance to get ambushes quickly. I made it last Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. \o/
What a relief to be rewarded, at last, with my Thief Invitation. The only downside was that I got a duplicate Thief Artifact, but I did sell it for a decent price. So, for me, all's well that ends well. :-) |
