| is there a way of maxing or increasing the skill points you get? or is there a set percentage? |
| Nope. Different battle types (hunt, ambushes, grp battles, etc) gives different %s for xp to skill points ratio for killing enemies, but within the battle type, it's kinda fixed. |
Formulas are set, but you can increase the amount of skill points you get for each battle type.
PvE battle types: win
PvP battle types: more AP (not just yours, but everyone else too). |

Yep, but your AP counts much more than the other heroes' AP for your FSP total. That's why if a "naked" hero wins over a "full art" hero - it happens - the vanquished player scores more FSP than the winner... |
