| Where can i rapare items i am lvl 4 | You have repair item only in a Blacksmith, which is a building you can build when you reach level 6.

But it is not recommended to repair any shop arts. It is better to sell and buy a new one. You should only repair hunting, thief, and enchanted arts. | | ok thanks |
