Authorambushes
1st.
How can someone ambushes me when am not even at my computer ?..

2end. why do I get minus 2 bad luck ?. I have never once in this game afk a battle before now, since I cant play when not even there..

3. do I lose anything gold skill ect. ?.. or just the bad luck that makes me unable to play the game before its gone ?.
Each time you travel there is a (small) chance another player (who did set an ambush between the two locations you are travelling) might catch you.
If that happens you go to the battlefield and start fighting (since he caught you, youre always in the middle)
If you lose that battle you lose some gold (50-90 gold) and gain some experience and faction skill points. If you win the battle from the thief, you gain experience and faction skillpoints and you wont lose any money at all.

Because you AFK'ed
If you started traveling between sectors and went offline,of course, you can be ambushed.
If you don't go online during the battle, you will go AFK and will receive -2 luck.

Because I start travel and since it takes 2-3 min to travel I go do something else, in this case I made food.. I come back and do a battle and see my units keep getting bad luck.

So I lose 50-90g. and durability because I have to sit look at the computer when I dont play or log off. and guees I cant even log off, because I travel..

I cant ambushes because I dont pay for this game. and thats only way to get the gold for it..
and even so I was number one with my other char in a tour. it only give 30.000g. and that mean I have to win 20 tours to get money to be able to able to do what others can do to me.. fair game.. guess its time to find a other game to play :)..

#4 I bought one without having to pay any real money. It's possible if you have patience :)
well, there are a few ways to solve the afk problem.
For example you can travel with 1 gargoyle, 1 golem and 1 magi (there is a script for this)
(if you recruit 0 of a unit it will automatically unequip mini artifacts :P )
Then if someone ambushes you, he will kill you before you timed out, so you dont get -2 luck for 1 hour.

I lose durability

I cant ambushes because I dont pay for this game.
You dont have to, ive never bought diamonds too and I did it too.
Besides, even without a TGI there is a lot of stuff to do in this game.

guess its time to find a other game to play :)..
If you cant stand losing, maybe this is not the game for you
Someone any advice on caravans? I had a lot of patience to get a TGI with enrolling, but i _really_ don't have the slightest change. I went to lvl 7 quickly with the hope the caravans would become easier (because of my lvl up, and the caravans not lvl up ;) ).

TG is the only form of combat where leveling up doesn't help you. Caravan strength increase whenever you level up. Because of this there is no advantage when you level up. The other issue is that you haven't ambushed enough to even compare any difficulty changes. The difficulty level is separate for each caravan type.

Like the above players I also bought a TGI without using any diamonds. And on top of that I lost my TGI, so unlike most players I didn't get my TGI back.
Red it allmost hundreds of times...

But true, i have to ambush more. But the ambushes i did... was ridiciously one way hitting.

That's because you aren't wearing full arts. If you want to consistently win using min arts, then you need to lose a lot.

Incorrect - The caravan's will adjust in difficulty to match whatever arts level you wear. Once it stabalises you will win the same percentage of battles on min arts as you will on full arts but for a fraction of the cost.

Meeting full arted players will almost certainly lead to a loss but as these are the minority of battles (specially as you level up and have less players of your level) this is not really a problem.

From personal experience I have always found that AMBUSHING players as necro is fairly easy and I win a high percentage of these unless they have a lot more AP than me. BEING AMBUSHED as necro is a different story and is very hard to win against most other factions.
wizard and necros should always play with full arts

the one and only one faction which always need to equip more arts is knight while other factions still can live with min AP or less AP.

and, the earlier you start TG, the easier you will win. yet, the more you win, the higher chance you will lose in next battle, provide if you are facing the same faction and formation ambush.

take example on formation: nerco ambush

- 3 stacks of vampire/vamp count + 1 stack ghost/app OR
- 4 stacks skel archer + 12 stacks of zombie/infect zombie AND
- other formation.

if you win too much on 3 stacks vamp + 1 stack ghost, that type ambush will getting harder. but, it wont affect other type ambush. so, you might win alot easy in early stage; you will feel it is hard to reduce difficulty on same type ambush as it isnt easy to get same type ambush to lose.

while necro got slowest units usualy moves
rofl, in average, necro still have better initiative. i bet you never watch how is a knight get bullied in NPC ambush. before get cavalry, you will just found out knight left nothing but swordsmen after 2 move LOL

Magic arrow tells me to do 108 damage but it only does 85?
you are a dark elf, the caravan is a dark elf too.
Caravans have faction levels too, so each faction level gives them 3% damage reduction. So if the caravan has faction level 6, you will deal 6*3=18% less damage.
(but for example a caravan of wizards does not have a faction level as a dark elf, so its only if you face a caravan of the same faction as you are)
Ah ok, i thought it only counted for 'normal' damage and not magic.

Too bad the opponent hero had 10 spellpower (wow!). But i had +9 defense...
I think you should either focus on might DE or magic DE not half half
I try to be a magic, i think? I have only upgraded knowledge and spell power, i have with equipment 6 spellpower and i have the elemental talent for 50% more damage (and 100% more costs).

Next barbarians (not DE). 108 with magic arrow and it only does 78. How is that explainable?

Resistance rate: 5%+7%*[Barbarian skill level].
