Authoraccount question
iz it illegal to sell accounts if so why???
some people find it a bit rough-mannered...
yea why is it illegal to sell accounts its theres to sell so why???? i dont understand your answer georgia
As in the rules: because it is not allowed to give your password to someone else or share a character with someone else.

But you'll probably ask why is it not allowed to give your password to someone else? ...well, it is not moraly fair for someone to get a character with a certain level and some skills that you others would have to spend time reaching.

And that's not the purpose of the game in the first place. The fun part of this game is building your character, having fun, and seeing the results, not buying (or recieving) a level 14 character to play with (as some say... it's not even that fun because it's not so easy to win hunts/quests/caravans anymore).

And it's the game authors that should be making money out of the game, not the users making a business out of it.

I guess there are more arguments but I can't think of more now.
1. Most online game makers deem trading or selling accounts for in-game currency or real money as illegal.
2. Account sales bypasses admins and thus they lose some control.
3. It results in other problems as well such as cheating and scamming.
4. The fun part of this game is building your character . . .
5. It's against the game rules. Whatever the admins deem as illegal is illegal.

My personal favorite is #4. :)
i'll tell you why... it protects the players. Some guy is gonna go along selling an account, your gonna change his password after paying his alternate character like 30k gold or more for the account, he's gonna click forgot password and have your password, which you probably have for both the accounts, sent to his email. then he will take both of the characters gold and you will have no proof other than your transfer log sais so....

3.7. Password transfer to a different user and collective account managing are forbidden.
