I don't think there is a special formula that specificaly grants druids with 1 morale more chances than druids with higher morale or other units with 1 morale or whatever you observed.

| The answer is that 1 point of morale means that there is a 10% chance on each action of the stack of creatures, that morale will trigger. If it happens more often than 1 in 10, that it is the good fortune of the druids. The druids have got some real life luck, not in game luck. |
