I was recently banned temporarily for bumping clan list to remove an offensive flood from the main page. I was suprised to be banned for this since my understanding was that it was not allowed for clan mails to be bumped more than once a day. I chose a clan where this was not the case to avoid this (granted one I am a member of, though I avoided my military clan as this would have been too frequent a bump). As a consequence I was looking for the local forum rules so that I could check up on them to avoid future errors on my part, however I could not find a proper list as reference. Does one exist and has someone got a link to them? I obviously have read the main forum rules on the about th egame page, but this does not include these local rules.

6. The following actions are forbidden in the Clans forum:
6.1. Bumping the thread more than once in 24 hours. Bump is considered any post with the sole purpose of bringing the thread on top.
6.2. Flooding. Any senseless or spamming post is considered flooding. |

So your post did not broke any forum rule at all since there was far more than 24h between it (around 73 hours !) .

This was not about the block, I have no problem with that (reason was wrong, instead I was off topic)
Would it be sensible for there to be an easy access to all forum rules in one place, rather than have them spread around, in help section and forum and elsewhere?
If so, is there anyone who is around regularly that has the needed authorisation to do it? |

As for collecting all rules in one place - myself, I prefer the current, 'sticky' format. Makes it obvious which local rules are where.
P.S. Don't be confused, that ban was NOT called for. You did nothing to earn it.
A bump is just that, and yours was well within rules. |
