well,nice imagination and good work in making these talents but a simple level 8 wizard with 1 knowledge and no spell power can do it,because those gargs are phantoms
and don`t say they are immune to lightning because the phantom doesn`t get abilities from the real stack :)
and even with those arts and talents and i`ll add 50% more air spell damage it would be around 1134 which would kill only 56 ones that is this DE had 100% magic piercing :) |

You remember that the logarithmic series:
log (1-x) = x - (1/2)x^2 + (1/3)x^3 ...
is valid provided x is greater than -1 or less that or equal to 1.
Now, we put x=1 to get:
log 2 = 1 - 1/2 + 1/3 - 1/4 + 1/5 - 1/6 + 1/7 - 1/8 + 1/9 - ...
Double it:
2 log 2 = 2 - 2/2 + 2/3 - 2/4 + 2/5 - 2/6 + 2/7 - 2/8 + 2/9 - ...
2 log 2 = 2 - 1 + 2/3 - 1/2 + 2/5 - 1/3 + 2/7 - 1/4 + 2/9 - ...
Then, we collect pairs of terms with the same denominator. Now you get:
2 log 2 = 1 - 1/2 + 1/3 - 1/4 + 1/5 - 1/6 + 1/7 - 1/8 + 1/9 - ...
=log 2
Therefore 2 log 2 = log 2, that is, 2 = 1. Neat, isn't it?

I suppose it could be too hard...here's another one, but simpler:
Assume the series 1 - 1 + 1 - 1 + 1 - 1 + 1 ...
Bracketed like this: (1 - 1) + (1 - 1) + (1 - 1) + ...
The answer is 0.
But bracketed like this: 1 + (1 - 1) + (1 - 1) + (1 - 1) + ...
The answer is 1.
Therefore, 1 = 0 !
Incidentally, this confirms the above result, just add 1 to each side!

I have a puzzle, first one with a right answer will recieve a hunter shirt.
The answer will be in the form of a link to a character in this game. And please explain how you came to that answer.

1. Change my player id to a high number and then adjusted till the character creation date came to today's date.
2. Look up prime numbers near that player id.
3. Adjusted player id to most probable prime number. |

You make mistakes in both of your puzzles.

and x = 1 then it is log (1-1) not log 2

wrong. if the sequence is 1-1+1-1+1-1+1-1
then (1-1)=(1-1) is correct.
however 1+(1-1) is incorrect, where did the first 1 suddenly come from.
You add a 1 to the sequence, so of course the answer is different.
however add brackets like this. 1-(1+1)-(1+1) thats gonna be a totally different answer with the same equation. and to be even more dubious, the last one is actually correct as + comes before - in a equation.
But again it does not mean 0 = infinite as the equations are completely different. |

and people are always posting math puzzles,you can atleast google around to find a non-math one
now here are a few ones :)
- how many stone blocks does it needs to complete a pyramids
- a "what am i " one
you can take the whole from me but have some,and take some from me and have the whole - it isn`t a whole :)
- person who can walk 2 kilometers per day and needs to slepp for 9 hours a day,what is the time he takes to travel for 3000 kilometers :)
- on a very sunny day a women(enough with `guy`) freezes to death ,how come?
- and for those who are very very good at translating poems :
