If there are still waves, to be ambushed you need to "sit duck" at the :43 ST (no moving on the map, no nothing and, perhaps, to be 100% troops and mana). Maybe in the first hour after log in you won't get ambushed, but for sure in the second hour you get ambushed. That happened last night to DarwenAward.
No arts durability loss. Losing health and mana after fight. Enchants work. Wizard doesn't have +30% damage by magic as in hunts. Attacking monster: skeletal bowmen, skeletal legionnaire, ghouls, mummies, unholy knights. The composition of the monsters in the raids depend on the wave (from only skellies at low wave numbers to unholy knights at high wave numbers). At least this is what I got for waves 1 to 12. The best factions against these raids are the factions with shooters and with high initiative (Barbarians and Elves).
Also:
1. You can get ambush after you closed your computer (happened to me last night)

Was doing nothing in :43, have mana and health on 100%. So no prob, to kill me.

at xx:43 if u click on the map u get ambushed,doesnt matter where u r,even if ur in ur guest house.sleeping tight.
were all ur arts and sleep,and drink and have bath if u hav to,they take u by surprise nd u r left,alone without any HELP !
they r very weak,but if u dont have arts then u will loose for sure,no durability loss so its fine to keep arts on.

second only if u hold hatred for nekros u hav better chances of winning ,it can be some nekros doing,if this can happen,players can also be Unholy knights (like a group of computer players in disguise who attack u)get my point no necro is above suspicion i suggest stay safe be aware.until Halloween |

be careful any1 arctic is getting updates (good but dangerous) our mission is to fight off those cowards,those nekro cowards who dare ambush us.>:()
,i repat keep close watch on ALL nekros,ur best frnds as well,wat if admins decide to give twists and support nekros with powers (temprory) that can ambush any1 with extra troops,no offense to admins or arctic but in such a situation we need to be careful.
