Okay, I got one.
You need to bring a tiger and 2 deer to the other side of the river. You can only carry one animal with you at a time.
To make it more challenging, every time you leave the tiger alone with the deer, it eats it.
Try this one. My uncle asked me this question and I cracked it. |

Simple:
You first take the tiger to the other side.
Then you come back.
Then you take the deer there , but bring the tiger back.
Now take the other deer , leaving the tiger , to the other side.
Now come back and take the tiger. |
