Hello everybody,
I need your help. In rules is written, that it is forbidden to use an additional character to make profit for the mainchar. i think about buying diamonds with an additional char, because its also forbidden to buy thief artefacts with additionals. am i allowed to enroll then with my other two characters in that diamond mine, or is that also making profit? enrolling there gives 300 gold per enroll. it would be nice if someone could answer that.

- buy / sell minerals/products to/from factories (to make possibility enroll if factory is lack of it)
- in market buy items cheaper that your own price what you want to sell, and put them on market again to recover money after main char sell it (not in all items, due to specified game rules)
- block in market other players oferts by sell item cheaper than normal selling price (normal = for 0 gold income), with small loss to make this item not worth interest - and when all players go out, put offer with your main. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited. | your main can be profited from your additional accounts...

Explain:
Good is worth 2700.
My multi selling this item on market for 2650. After few amount of time, its only one seller - rest players withdrawn from this item because they not earn money, only loose it.
So, when there no any offer, main put his own with good price.
After some time others back to this branch because this give good profit.
Situation is repeated.

Interesting. Most of the time I sell anything worth 2700 at 2650 (for example), it gets sold in an hour or so and then the person that buys my items resells it at 2680 (profit of 3 gold). Don't see how your tactic would work.
BUT your tactic would be in violation of rule 3.9.
Additional characters created for any kind of support to the main one ("extrachars" later on), (e.g. resource and artifact keeping, trading, assists in combat or finance) are forbidden. All extrachars found will be banned, and the owner will be subject to penalty.
By trying to affect the market to benefit the Main character, your multi is 'supporting' your main one (via 'trading' on the market) | #7 this method is legal.
#9 the fact is that multi can change the normal way of being of market offer and demand and can change the price of arts...
Takesister is pointing the dangerous way of using multi in market, so be clever with multi.

If you have money to spend, focus to your main char, build everything you can with diamonds as soon as possible.
I see your main char is yet single faction, better get resistance levels from other factions. As combat level increases, training zero faction races gets harder, especialy for knight, necro and wizard. | | All right, LITWIN didn't write anything that would apply on 3.9. There is no resource and artifact keeping, trading, assists in combat or finance between multi and main simply because there is no any trade whatsoever between main and multi. For instance lowest price on Beastbane charm currently is 3,999. So You offer to sell it for 3950 with multi - presuming You have one in inventory and keep buying cheaper offers. Since nobody sell it from other players for higher price than 3950 other players get bored and dont try to sell it anymore - dont want to go under Your price. Now when all offers are like 4500 + gold, or nobody except Your multi is selling Beastbane charm, You now try to sell it with main and offer from multi is expired or sold. Furthermore there is no trade between multi and main - main earned it from hunt and multi bought his from other players in market. But on the market there is no available Beastbane charm except one from Your main which is selling it for 4500. So You wait and lets say someone buy it since there is no other offer for few days (and perhaps when one is, Your multi is legally buying it for higher price). Result Your main sold it for 501 gold higher from current market offer. How that possibly could be under 3.9? Please read his post again and think before You write. It is legal since no trade whatsoever is between multi and main - You can even look not to buy from player that bought it from main with multi. | at first, thanks to all different people who answered in this thread. my mainchar is still in the focus. sometimes when logging on additional i enroll and during a certain time they get 15000 gold to buy a diamond (not for real money). this means you can work in diamond mine with the highest enroll multiplicator (300gold/enroll). so there is no transfer between my chars, but indirectly the money for the diamond comes from additional character. that was the point, if it is allowed or it isn't.
@16: there are still some hundred faction skill points that are to do, with FL9 elves i will care about resistance levels or thieves guild :) in cg games, there is a real advantage to have resistance aggain the other player, but in certain games first shooters decide the game, too. | #17 General_IB
You understand correctly my intentions.
This is not an auction (multi/main cannot bid their auctions). There are no any physical contact with main or multi.
If you carefully read content in link posted on #12, i personally started some time ago discussion about one player and their usage of multi in this way.
I cannot find other topic, where is conversation like that - about me - i started doing same thing. But after some time i resign from that. I can post from my 2 multies offer every 30m, or post offer for 3 days. Other players resign. It's possible.
Keep in mind, that i personally have knowledge how to hack this game. Create automatics buyer/seller, sell items/resources to factories etc. But i using this only for help others.

Here is a market-watcher account. This is my additional auto. He logs into game and take informations from market. They also can do ANY action in game. Script what automatically sell resources is a... 15-30m of work. Undetectable.
But doing that... destroy fun and others pleasure from playing.
Some time ago i understood, that some actions is on the edge of law.
So i stopped to use my multi to push my main char and focused only on main.

In my personal opinion, #5 - IS LEGAL. Dura lex, sed lex....
Maybe this is not good and can cause controversy, game rules don't direct deny that. Think about that.

Keep, that some ideas is easy way to earn gold. But try to avoid get them from illegal actions.
Some time admins changed laborers guild. We now earn less money from enroll.
Game is now little harder. They also do this in second way. You will earn 100x more. But... this will kill fun from playing.

My character was also a cause of some sensitive topics.

Nobody has been able to prove their non-compliance with the rules of the game, but everyone can understand the rules in their own way, not necessarily correct.
I have to deal with the law on a daily basis. Sometimes it may be misunderstood - the result is painful.
I managed to demonstrate the integrity of its proceedings and had not seen me for no punishment. Not at all, a situation that is an understatement. In retrospect - if you see something you're not sure, ask on the forum. Other players will analyze it, defaulted on a discussion and together we come to the far-reaching conclusions.
