just move your xbow and monk in the first turn. dont forget to block tem so griffin not land near your shooter.
if your strategi good, they can kill their friend too. |

When they fly up, move your units away from their original position so they won't get dived. Those that can move to engage the giffs that didn't prepare to dive, do so.
When the dive happens, since you moved everything, you are free to attack those that just landed and prepare to move for any that take off from the last batch |

That would not help. First, second, and third records for level 9 knights were all fought against non-diving battle griffins. Very tough to duplicate those feats now.
Your best chance is to get them to dive at one another. That will be tricky and requires some practice. Otherwise, since they take turn diving (they don't all dive at once), you'll have to keep moving and get no chance to attack. |

i mean by this battle . i have tried that very hard n its the 3rd time i lost it . after i manage to get away from their first dive they get their turn earlie than cross coz of 15 ini n thus my cross die again . |
| u didnt move your xbow at all.it got all the hits from dive.and u blocked xbow by monk,let them dive/attack monk if it is necessary,but save xbow. |

Moving crossbows is a waste of effort, you'll never get a chance to hit with crossbows even if you got morale, cause the griffins do battledvies again and again and again until they hit you, crossbows no mater the circumstances never get their turn twice before a griffin, so no chance to hit them. The griffs slowly take advantage over your troops and you lose, I've tried it. Even with rapid on xbows (if you are Holy Knight like I was back then) it's nearly impossible, maybe with morale but the griffins will still get you the next turn (since morale moves you back the next turn) |

| i dont know, my startegy worked fine for my gmb/elven bowmen ..they also never gets twice turn before royal griffs. And until now i've seen each stack of royal griff dive only one time. so for that battle instead of getting hit by four dives, i think at least u could save from 2 dive. |

| No no no no no, I was talking about a gold hunt record, that's not possible no matter what you try, I think it was in level 10 I tried to beat a gold record of Royal Griffins, it was a joke even trying it :/ |
| gold record for ANY hunts are almost impossible. that's why you deserve the medal if you break the record |
