1. Just coz Arctic may have casually said something in Skype doesn't mean (i) the said players you mentioned read it (they may be offline and missed it) and can vouch for you (ii) Arctic is not just speaking in jest, (iii) we can take it as an official announcement, (iv) things may or may not have changed since he said it.
2. You were told not to copy and paste anything that's said outside LWM (like skype) to other players and create false expectations and hope, weren't you?
Please kindly do not spread anymore possible false information coz unless you are the one implementing the updates/events/changes yourself, you can't be 100% sure.
