Hi, I got a question - is wizard hunt damage bonus work, when you change faction (when you got wizard faction level higher than 0)? (I mean - is faction itself have influence on bonus, or wizard faction level)
wizard hunt damage bonus works only when you are playing wizards
The Wizard characters also have an increase to the damage they deal with spells to neutral creatures at hunt and on Mercenaries' Guild errands:
in case of direct damaging spells,
[final damage]=[normal damage]*(2+[faction skill level])/2;

in case of area of effect damaging spells,
[final damage]=[normal damage]*([spell area]+[faction skill level])/[spell area].

and i dont understand your 2nd question.
Each faction level you have in wizard will give you 3% defence v's wizard troops regardless which faction you are currently playing.

just to clarify, its not "troops" but against wizard heroes (so PvP, caravans etc) but NOT e.g. magi/gargoyles in hunts
and its not "defence" but more like "resistance" since it works on everything. It also reduced spell damage and hero attacks by 3% (which ignore defence)

if your fsp levels up, you will get 3% resistance against wiz faction in TG, PvP only. not against neutral wiz troops.

So you are saying that "representatives" should be "heroes"?
& "by that faction" should be "by that faction's heroes"?

I am willing to believe I could be wrong but if so where does it say that this decrease only effects damage dealt by a hero and not by every representative of that faction?

To be honest, if it is just heroes then what is the point of the many people who have increased multiple faction levels to get this reduction when with the exception of magic damage heroes do a very small (relatively) amount of damage during a battle.
it also decreases damage from units, as long as they are under control of the hero. (so in pvp, caravans etc).
But the way you wrote it, it could be misinterpreted. Because if you have e.g. wizard faction level 3 and fight 100 magi in a hunt, those magi will steal deal the full damage to you.
But if you encounter the same magi in a caravan they would deal 9% less damage.
thanks for your correction sven! Hero is needed as for to have the racial defence. But to stay within topic, i think he is asking about the spell damages bonus on other faction like Wizard 1 switching to de. In this case the spell damages work only with Wizard faction in hunts and Mercenary Missions.
